When buying and selling real estate in one of the country’s most desirable real estate markets, it’s important to have a knowledgeable, trustworthy agent who will represent you. No agent understands this better than Scott Beenk. Primarily serving Incline Village and the surrounding Lake Tahoe area, Scott has over 10 years of real estate experience, along with an extensive background in marketing and sales.
Born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, Scott lived in the Seattle area until he graduated from college. He, then, moved out to the Lake Tahoe area and has resided there for over 20 years. Scott has been a premier real estate agent in the area since 2016. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Scott had over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. With his extensive marketing background and his desire to build a business, real estate was a natural fit for Scott. Today, he is a licensed real estate broker and is proud to serve the members of his communities, whether he’s helping his clients find a vacation home in the mountains or their forever home on the water. Along with his real estate and sales experience, Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Washington State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

He specializes in high-end mountain and lakefront listings, new construction, investment properties, and real estate flips.
Beyond building his thriving real estate business, Scott lives in Incline Village with his sixteen-year-old son, who is his world. He and his son like to stay active and do as many outdoor activities together as possible, including skiing, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing, surfing, snowmobiling, hiking, playing tennis, backpacking, and camping.
